It is necessary that before you contact Little David for parts or service, that you know the machine model and serial number.

WHEN CALLING LITTLE DAVID FOR PARTS OR SERVICE:

1. Give the machine model and serial number.
2. Give the assembly part number and description.
   (i.e., B570975 Major Flap Retainer Assembly.)
3. Give item number, part number and description.
   (i.e., 204330, 1/2"I.D. x 5/8"O.D. Flange Bushing.)

By following the procedure described above, you will assist us in supplying you with the correct Little David tape machine parts for your machine and eliminate any misunderstanding between your purchasing agent and our parts department.
