Please complete the following before sending parts or equipment back to Loveshaw for Parts Credit or Service Repair

Parts Return for Credit

  • All returns require an RMA Number. Please fill out the Return Material Authorization Form to obtain an RMA Number. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • A minimum 20% Restocking Fee applies.
  • Custom parts cannot be returned for credit.
  • All returns must be in like-new condition and packaged properly with the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  • Create a shipping label with the following address

      South Canaan, PA 18459
  • Products must be shipped back to Loveshaw, freight prepaid. You are responsible for all freight charges, taxes, duties, brokerage fees or other customs related charges. No credit will be issued for these charges.

Warranty Parts Return for Credit

  • All returns require an RMA Number. Please fill out the Return Material Authorization Form to obtain an RMA Number.
  • A replacement item must be purchased prior to receiving RMA Number. A credit will be issued if the returned item is found defective and covered under warranty.
  • Loveshaw will notify you of any warranty rejection.
  • All returns must be packaged properly with the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  • Create a shipping label with the following address

  • Products must be shipped back to Loveshaw, freight prepaid. You are responsible for all freight charges, taxes, duties, brokerage fees or other customs related charges.

Non-Warranty Service Repairs

  • Send purchase order to Loveshaw at 570-937-4370 or afparts@loveshaw.com. Please include model and serial number.
  • Customer service will send an RA Number back on acknowledgement.
  • There will be an $85 evaluation fee charged if repair is not approved.
  • All returns must be packaged properly with the RA number on the outside of the box.
  • Create a shipping label with the following address

  • Products must be shipped back to Loveshaw, freight prepaid. You are responsible for all freight charges, taxes, duties, brokerage fees or other customs related charges.

Warranty Service Repairs

  • Send purchase order to Loveshaw at 570-937-4370 or afparts@loveshaw.com. Please include model, serial number, original purchase order number or previous RA number, and reason for warranty repair.
  • Customer service will send an RA Number back on acknowledgement.
  • If there is No Problem Found there will be a fee of $85.
  • All returns must be packaged properly with the RA number on the outside of the box.

Refurbished Board Exchange Program

  • Send purchase order to Loveshaw at 570-937-4370 or afparts@loveshaw.com.
  • Customer service will send an RA Number back on acknowledgement.
  • Boards must be returned in repairable condition.
  • If board is needed prior to returning board, a purchase order is needed for the full price of the board. Once the board is returned, credit will be issued.
  • All returns must be packaged properly with the RA number on the outside of the box.
